Participation in training involves inherent risks associated with animals, public environments, and other participants.

Scheduling, Communication & Messaging

By engaging with Confident K9 LLC, submitting forms, booking services, or opting into communications, you agree to receive communications related to your services, including via:

  • Email

  • Phone calls

  • SMS text messages

SMS messages may include scheduling reminders, program updates, policy notices, and service-related communication.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase services.

You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP.

CRM & Communication Platforms

Confident K9 LLC utilizes third-party platforms to operate and communicate with clients, including:

  • BusyPaws for scheduling, billing, attendance, class rosters, and operational communications

  • Automation Dogs / PetBiz Experts for lead capture, chatbot communication, and automated SMS/email messaging

Use of these platforms is governed by these Terms & Conditions and the Confident K9 LLC Privacy Policy.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current contact information

  • Maintaining control of their phone number and email access

  • Ensuring they have opted in to communications they wish to receive

Confident K9 LLC is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated or incorrect contact information.

Limitation of Liability

Confident K9 LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or communications, including delays or failures in SMS delivery.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Governing Law
