Our Services
Our services are directed to those who have made the committed decision to invest in their relationship with their dog. There is no “one-and-done”, pixie dust, or magic wand in dog training. My job is communication and the topic is dogs! I educate and train the owner(s) in skills to relieve stress, frustration, or anxiety they are experiencing with their dog(s). Our training aims to build a relationship of joy, peace in the home, and confidence through clarity in communication and engagement/play. I offer Private In-Home Training throughout Hernando and Citrus Counties. Group and private lessons are available at two facilities in Brooksville, Florida.

Puppy Preschool
Group Class, 7 weeks
Puppies! So adorable and such a handful! With our clear guided instruction, we help you lay a solid foundation for all future behaviors hoped for.

Beginning Adult
Group Class, 7 weeks
This class will cover all of your basics. Focused attention, "sit", "down", "stand", "leave it", loose leash walking, and more!

AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC)
Group Class, 6 weeks
Canine Good Citizen is a 10-skill test that teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners.

AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen (CGCU)
Group Class, 6 weeks
This class requires that the dog demonstrate CGC skills and beyond in a setting that includes traffic, crowds, noises, smells, and other distractions. It is a public access test that demonstrates dogs are well-behaved and well-trained when in public settings.

Saturday Social
Supervised play time
This is for enrolled clients only. Hosted in an air-conditioned doggy gym, it includes 30 minutes of training.

In-Home Private Lessons
Offered for 6 and 12 weeks
In-home private lessons for puppies and adults. Private lessons available on location as well.

Private Dog Park Rental
Private Rental
Reserve Heidi's facility, At Home with Heidi, as your own private dog park! Includes air-conditioned dog gym with restrooms, play equipment, and entire fenced in play yard! Exclusively for Confident K9 training clients. Click here to contact Heidi for reservations.

From Rebellious to Compliant Teenagers
Group Class, 7 weeks
The teenage dog is going through physical and emotional changes as they transition from puppyhood to adulthood. Asserting independence and testing your patience! Turning your sweet puppy into a velociraptor! We're here to support you.

Intermediate Adult
Group Class, 7 weeks
An excellent choice for expanding all behaviors and prep for the AKC Good Citizen Canine Class. A well-rounded class to meet all of your needs!

AKC Community Canine Good Citizen Advanced (CGCA)
Group Class, 6 weeks
AKC Community Canine is the advanced level of the AKC's Canine Good Citizen Program.

Confidence Building Class
Group Class, 7 weeks
This class is designed to build both dog and owner confidence, while teaching and expanding owner's leadership and training skills.

Wednesday Drop-In Class
Additional training
Designed for currently-enrolled clients for mid-week additional training and support on challenging behaviors and/or expanding behaviors.
